Rules, Rules, Always Rules …

In order to protect the rights and enjoyment of the property by all tenants at Campus Villas, everyone must comply with some basic rules.

1. No alcohol, recreational drugs, or smoking allowed.
2. No overnight guests without approval.
3. Quiet time begins at 11:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on weekends: all guests out.
4. No removal, rearranging or altering of furnishings.
5. Regular monthly cleaning checks by the managers are required.
6. Mattress covers are provided and MUST be on the mattress at all times.
7. No cinder blocks, candles, or decorative string lights.
8. No barbecues on the balconies.
9. Small refrigerators on tiled flooring only.
10. Ironing should only be done on an ironing bord.
11. All appliances must be used properly and as stipulated in the lease.
12. Pool rules are listed in the rule section of the Rental Agreement.
